VR Heritage Museum Project - asset and character art

The models were created for the VR Heritage Museum project, developed by the UCL Multimedia Anthropology Lab in London. The focus was to ensure that endangered Guarani and Kaiowá knowledge is preserved and passed on to future generations. I have worked remotely for four months alongside anthropologists, computer scientists, XR artists, and indigenous shamans from various countries.
My role was mainly 3D artist; I created an anteater model, a potential dress for one of the metahumans in the project, and processed a photogrammetry artefact. The project was challenging as the focus was to make realistic models, to provide the best experience, especially for the indigenous people of Brazil.
It was a very exciting and important undertaking, and I hope it gets developed further. I am grateful for such opportunity.
